Wondering how a Jewish guy from New York decided to start a Creole food truck in New Orleans? How about the backstory of how the owner of Rimon grew up in a religious home in the Bronx, worked in fine restaurants in France and America, and then decided to come back to his roots to open a kosher restaurant in New Orleans?  Rachel Ruth, Adult Program Director at the JCC, will lead a panel discussion with two young, Jewish food entrepreneurs in New Orleans to discern what made them fall in love with their craft.
