In this session we will explore notions of whiteness, white supremacy, national identification, the formation of whiteness as a category during World War I and World War II, and ways that Jewish people have benefited and been hurt by assimilationist entry into white privilege. This will be a discussion-type workshop with plenty of room for participation.
