This session is an exploration of the embodiment of the sacred words of Torah, psalms, and Jewish liturgy. Join us as we invoke our connection to the Divine, using simple folk dance movements and our own song to fuel our prayer. No prior experience is necessary. This session is offered as a vehicle for connection to community and an experience of the joyful ease and stillness of Shabbat.
