Life is anything but peaceful these days! We feel stress in our own lives and we see others around us feeling the same way. This session will explore what stress is and how it can affect us individually and in the other roles we play such as parent, teacher, community leader and more. We will be looking to Jewish texts for guidance and will learn how as a Jewish community we can be there for each other.
